Our take

The Metro Pro is for people whose bag is full of tech: the built-in organisation for cables, chargers and gadgets is the best here, the coated fabric handles weather, and the clamshell opens flat like a suitcase. It's stiffer and heavier than a minimalist pack, but if you carry a lot of kit it keeps it all in order.
